"As far as the crews were concerned, I think I was very impressed. These kinds of buildings erect very quickly and it's kind of amazing to come back here from day to day and see the amount of progress that's been made. I was very impressed...If you would speak to (the crew foreman) he would tell you what they're going to accomplish in the next couple of days and what to expect and generally they did what they said they were going to do."
