Please excuse my delay in responding...I want to express my appreciation in a letter...Morton's "World Class Reputation" has been enhanced...by your warranty repair. For a company to stand by their warranty in today's business environment, without being hassled to do so, made a positive impression on (me and my neighbors). I am sure you cannot put a dollar value on the goodwill you generated by living up to your warranty, but I know it spoke volumes to the people in this area, myself included.

I have always been proud of and enjoyed my hangar. I recommend Morton to everyone who asks about my hangar. I regret that I was out of the country when the work was done, but as usual, the workmanship was excellent.

Everyone I have had contact with from Morton has been kind and helpful. The evaluation form by itself does not do justice to the people involved...to their attitude and concern toward the customer. Your employees' attitudes say a lot about your company.
