"I really was concerned with having a building that would be of value twenty years from now and not something that's going to depreciate. What I've been told, everybody that's driven by (and I've had business people from all over Jackson) tell me, 'This place that you've built is going to be worth twice what you've got into it in 10 - 15 years.' And that makes you feel pretty good, when you've made an investment that you're proud of. It's not just a facility that I use but it's a business investment for me, and I think that was the biggest thing that we achieved overall."
