"The (Morton) building is very easy to maintain. It's just so useable. It's real functional...As far as the durability of this building, I have no doubt that it will probably stand longer than this house. I have friends that are carpenters who have come in and commented on the quality and the construction...That barn has got that craftsmanship that I think a lot of companies maybe don't use."
