"We have been greatly impressed with the drop in heating and cooling costs, which we feel is directly related to the solid construction and insulation of our Morton building. Compared to our previous building, which was half the size, our gas bills are now half of what they were in our old building. An average gas bill during the cold season for our 7,200 square foot building is approximately $70.00. This is less than my home gas bill. A good design and excellent construction makes this building extremely energy efficient and I think most of the credit for that efficiency goes to Morton Buildings."
