"What we liked most was the energy performance package that Morton Buildings offered. The competition cannot offer that same energy performance at a competitive price as well as Morton could. The space that we have built is about 2 1/2 times the space that we were formally in (in square foot area), and our heating is running about 1/3 of what our previous bills were in our coldest months...We had heard good things about Morton: their people, their construction crews, and so forth, but until you've worked with them, you don't really appreciate the comments that you have heard previously. We were extremely pleased with the crews that worked on the building. When there was overtime work to be done, they were willing to take the extra time to do that. They met all of their deadlines...They followed up after the building was done to make sure that everything was right. We've had a few minor problems that they have taken care of almost within the same day that we expressed our concerns. We've just been really pleased with the Morton people."
