Prior to designing our pet boarding facility, we visited 42 kennels from Seattle to Santa Fe to Newfields, New Hampshire (and a Morton built fire station in Vermont!). There was no question: Happy Tails Pet Lodge would be a Morton building.

We love our Morton buildings! And our Morton Buildings team! Eldon and Rich listened carefully as we communicated our needs and thoughts; our questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. Two primary concerns were that the building be odor-free, and efficiently air-conditioned, ventilated and heated. We and our clients, are delighted; with momentary exceptions, we do have an odor-free kennel! And in this hottest of summers, our utility bills have been what we expected. During construction, we appreciated our Morton team's attention to detail, their ability to work well with subcontractors we had requested, and their efficiency. We've had very few, and definitely minor, reasons to call Eldon since completion of our pet lodge, but his response has been immediate and thorough.

Unique features of the building: Happy Tails Pet Lodge is a full-service facility providing companion animal boarding, Waggin' Tails play school, day care, grooming, puppy kindergarten, canine college and agility classes, veterinary care, and a pet cemetery. The Lodge includes indoor runs, large fenced grass yards, a "quiet room" for dogs needing a bit less excitement, and kitty condos with picture windows and a bird-watching park.
