"The warranty was very important to us. Knowing that you have people right close by that will come and take care of it...that's very important from a business standpoint. In fact just a couple weeks ago the foreman of the crew that put our building up, came out and took care of a couple items that we'd overlooked originally. He came out on his own time, took care of it and that means a lot. That follow-up's important."
