"For a long time, the first winter we were here, (the insulation) kept the building probably 50 or 55 degrees by itself. Basically, it takes no heating at all to heat this building and it stays real cool in the summertime. We don't have any air conditioning, there's no reason to have it, but you can walk in here and it's just as cool as it can be in the summertime. It's insulated real well." |
