"We really liked the way Morton Buildings' design flexibility was as compared to competitors. It was clear in the overall area that we operate in (Western North Carolina) that Morton's buildings are more aesthetically pleasing to look at. We're in a very visual business of landscape architecture and design-build of what we do and I like that same approach with Morton Buildings. It was design-build from the beginning and we didn't have a lot of limiting factors other than budget to restrict us from doing what we wanted to do."
