"The appearance or exterior of the Morton Building we're in now, I would foresee no maintenance in the future. We're not going to have to worry about painting any exterior surfaces. We're not going to have to worry about a roof problem. (The building) is very tight. We don't have any air leakage around doors or anything like that. It seems to be very well constructed."
