"We were told by the heating and air conditioning people that for this size area (6,000 square feet) we would need four heaters...so we put up four heaters in the shop...I'll tell you what, in this energy efficient building, I was amazed, you only need about two heaters...The guys that lease this building claim that very seldom did any one of these heaters ever click on, the heat from their machines actually heat the building...Any type of commercial building that I'm looking to put up in the future, Morton Buildings is going to be the first place I come to, and probably the only place. I'll just save me the time next time of getting these other bids from these other builders."
