And I didn't have to go to many different places. I could just go to Morton and tell them what my desires were and they could readjust and adjust everything to accommodate my needs. And this way it eliminated a lot of the running around and checking and calling and finding out. Morton was there to take care of the building from get-go to finished product. And I really appreciated that."
