Morton Buildings Project Receives The ENERGY STAR

Morton Buildings is pleased to announce G&R Controls of Fargo, North Dakota, has received the ENERGY STAR Label for 2011. This facility received the Designed to Earn The ENERGY STAR award in 2010. For one year the energy consumption of the building was tracked. G&R Controls was found to be in the top ninth percentile for en-ergy efficiencies, which helped the building achieve the Label. G&R Controls is the latest Morton building to re-ceive the ENERGY STAR Label. The Havana Bank in Lewistown, Illinois, achieved the Label in 2009 and 2010.
Morton Buildings served as the general contractor on this project. The building was designed by Allied Design Ar-chitectural & Engineering Group, P.C. This building, as well as all other Morton buildings that have received the ENERGY STAR Label, utilize Morton
