Opportunity Description:

Work with the Nation’s premier builder! Develop and implement advertising strategies, enhance and expand the company’s brand identity, and raise awareness through effective advertising programs and promotional campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with Marketing Manager to develop effective and measurable integrated marketing strategies.
• Translate broad strategies into specific advertising and promotional tactics, including but not limited to: national print media advertising, local advertising, trade show presence and displays, website content, and brochures.
• Develop and implement promotional tactics for corporate initiatives such as Building Value Days, Customer Appreciation events, etc.
• Recommend detailed budget plan for all national and local promotion, and manage expenses to approved monthly/annual plan. Monitor the market for interim revisions needed to plan.
• Provide direction to staff with regard to trade shows & conferences, direct mail campaigns, advertising and product launches. Oversee the development and implementation of the creative work to support the advertising strategy.
• Provide dotted-line direction to photography and video promotional staff, and coordinate activities with Video Production Manager.
• Develop corporately sponsored advertising program in local markets and assist Construction Centers with implementation.
• Monitor and report on competitive trends. Identify new and emerging competitive threats and develop promotions accordingly.
• Other duties as assigned by Marketing Manager.

Opportunity Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications. Equivalent educational background will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience required.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in Graphics Design and Copywriting is strongly desired.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior level executives as well as communicate and lead a team of advertising professionals.
• Excellent communication skills and project management skills required.
• Three years of successful experience with website content and web search marketing desired.
